Drag this entire folder into your PSP’s SAVEDATA folder. If a folder with the same name exists, delete the old one first.
Tools like SED (SaveData Enrypter/Decrypter) are often required to decrypt the PSP save so that standard hex editors can read the player and team blocks.
The save data is stored on the PSP's Memory Stick Pro Duo in a specific directory: : ms0:/PSP/SAVEDATA/
A Java-based tool (like PESEditor on GitHub ) allows you to import/export player data via CSV, edit player stats, and rearrange league structures.
The only way to fix this was through the PSP’s save data system. By downloading a pre-edited ULES12345 folder (or equivalent region code) and placing it on your Memory Stick Duo, you could overwrite the default settings. Suddenly, "North London" became Arsenal. "Castolo" became Thierry Henry.
