The Third Edition (2020) of ICAO Doc 9868 (PANS-TRG) serves as the current standard, incorporating extensive provisions for Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) across aviation roles. This edition, effective since November 2020, introduces specific updates regarding Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) and Evidence-Based Training (EBT).
