The latest arc (chapters 47–52) sees Kazuma opening a tiny 4-seat counter in a back alley of Kyoto, explicitly breaking Rule #0: “Never serve without the family name.” His patrons are homeless elders, runaway teens, and burnt-out salarymen. They don't use 100-point scales. They just ask for seconds.
