DASS-127 demonstrated significant anti-inflammatory activity in both in vitro and in vivo models. In vitro, it showed a dose-dependent inhibition of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced cytokine production. In vivo, using a mouse model of acute inflammation, DASS-127 treatment resulted in a marked reduction of inflammatory markers and edema.
