If the UI remains in the old language, ensure you are launching the program from the new "English" shortcut created on your desktop.

Starting with the 2023 version, language packs are no longer found on the public Knowledge Network but are accessed directly through your Autodesk Account Log into your Autodesk Account Locate Product: All Products and Services and find the AutoCAD 2023 View Details: View Details and select the Choose the English Language Pack Installation: Close AutoCAD before running the downloaded EXE file. Click and follow the prompts.
