Originally released on the PlayStation Vita and later on the PS4, Digimon World: Next Order is the spiritual successor to the original 1999 Digimon World . The plot follows Takuto or Shiki, a DigiDestined who gets pulled into the digital world after their Digimon partner, who had been missing for years, suddenly reappears.
