The story follows (Melissa George), a single mother of an autistic son, who joins a group of friends for a sailing trip on a yacht named Triangle . After a freak storm capsizes their vessel, the survivors are "rescued" by a massive, seemingly abandoned ocean liner called the Aeolus . Once aboard, Jess experiences a harrowing sense of déjà vu as they are stalked by a masked killer, only to realize they are trapped in a literal, repeating cycle of violence and death.
